Head of Supporter Recruitment
London, EC2
£40,574 - £47,336

The National Deaf Children’s Society is the leading charity dedicated to creating a world without barriers for deaf children and young people.

Do you want to play a pivotal role in raising the funds we need to provide our life-changing services for deaf children and their families?

This year, the National Deaf Children’s Society aims to raise £22 million to fund our range of services and campaigning work to support deaf children and their families. More than 90% of this funding will be generated through the activities of the Supporter Marketing team, and is made possible through an active and established programme of supporter recruitment.

The Head of Supporter Recruitment is a senior role within the Supporter Marketing team, responsible for maximising long term net income by recruiting new individual financial supporters. Line managing four direct reports, and with additional responsibility for the operation of a team of up to 25 street fundraising representatives, you will oversee a portfolio of activities to profitably attract new supporters, in line with internal policies and sector regulations. Working across a range of channels, including door-to-door, public, street and privately booked locations, telemarketing, and digital, you will have responsibility for a typical annual expenditure budget of around £8m and be tasked with recruiting more than 80,000 new supporters each year.

To apply for this role, you will have to complete an online application and specify how you meet the person specification criteria, as outlined in the job description.

Currently, the application process works best on desktop / laptop devices.
