Funding Development Manager

An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and talented individual with experience in fundraising to be the new Funding Development Manager of the National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain. 

The Band comprises two of the finest youth and children’s brass bands in the UK and gives exceptionally gifted young players the opportunity to perform advanced music and receive the highest quality teaching and care, helping to provide the brass band movement and the music profession develop their next generation of leaders. 

A key member of the management team the purpose of this role is primarily to develop and deliver the Band’s funding development strategy so that we can meet the goals of our strategic plan.

The role will involve some responsibility for raising public awareness of the Band’s work to support its courses and concerts and to fundraise for the organisation.

This is a new role and will suit someone wishing to make a real difference whilst enjoying flexibility in working arrangements
