Full time- 35 hours a week

We are looking for an Employee Engagement Manager who can support Prince’s Trust patrons to deliver their corporate and social responsibility strategies. You will develop a high-quality team of Employee Engagement Executives (Corporate Volunteering) to deliver excellent support to young people on our programmes and develop all national corporate volunteering opportunities, management processes and Trust wide resources.

Our Employee Engagement Manager will drive innovative practices that will enhance The Prince’s Trust Employee Engagement portfolio and when appropriate deliver road shows, training and networking sessions to enhance the experience for the young people and corporate partners.

To excel at this role, you will have experience of recruiting and managing corporate volunteers and a background of Fundraising forecasting and income reporting.
