Our Grants and Corporate Fundraising Team are responsible for raising over £1 million through relationships with trusts, companies, corporates, and government grants. We are therefore looking for an exceptional Head of Department who will grow our external relationships with key TLG funding stakeholders, increase our income and enjoy leading the team to success.

This post holder will have a wide remit, so you will be an experienced practitioner in at least one of the key areas: trust fundraising, corporate partnerships or government grants, or you will be an excellent written communicator and influencer with transferable skills.

You will be a proven leader and manager with experience of working in a fast paced, driven team to achieve exceptional results. You must be highly relational in order to lead on high level external relationships, an exceptional communicator who can adapt to the TLG style and a keen influencer.

You will enjoy being part of a highly motivated, rapidly growing team who are passionate about giving hope and a future to children and their families by increasing the supporter and stakeholder participation that underpins TLG’s mission!

We are looking for someone with a strong and vibrant Christian faith. As part of our commitment to safeguarding, the successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced disclosure via the DBS.
