UCB has an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to deliver the charity’s Church Engagement Strategy - which will contribute towards the overall plan of substantially increasing funding. This is an exciting opportunity to strengthen the growth of UCB’s fundraising.
As this is a senior strategic role, UCB is looking for someone with considerable experience in delivering fundraising campaigns, who has excellent project management skills and is able to steward relationships with supporters.
The post holder will also lead a small administration team, which is responsible for providing administrative support for Church Engagement events and initiatives, as well as the stewardship of Legacy pledges and administration of bequests. The ideal candidate will, therefore, have a proven track record in building successful stewardship administration campaigns and communicating confidently, sensitively and sympathetically, plus excellent event co-ordination skills.

This position will be based at our Operations Centre, Westport Road, Burslem, Stoke on Trent ST6 4JF although there may be some flexible/remote working for the right candidate.
This is a 14 month Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave.
