Fundraising & Marketing Manager

Hours:  30 - 37.5hrs including evenings & weekends as required

Salary:  £25,000 - £29,000 (pro rata) depending on experience

Location:  Flexible working with bases at Visyon Congleton & Crewe, with regular travel across the region. 

Visyon is a charity that supports the emotional health and wellbeing of children, young people and their families across Cheshire and into North Staffordshire, through the provision of a range of services, including one-to-one counselling, group work, mentoring, and family support work. 

The Fundraising & Marketing Manager sits within the Operational Management Team and directly contributes to the success and sustainability of Visyon by identifying, developing and implementing campaigns that build our supporter networks (corporate, community, individual) and promotes the impact of our work. The post holder will work alongside Heads of Service, Operational Managers and Service Delivery colleagues to ensure multi-team involvement, consultation and engagement in fundraising and marketing activities that support Visyon’s Work.
